(2) Outdoor Folding Side Tables they Measure 18”round and 19”-tall,  (1) Decorative Chair Measures 17x16x42”-tall, and (3) Faux Floral Arrangements. All are sitting on the porch and are a little dusty. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax of 8.75% Plus Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12pm
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required.
