-Antique Platform rocking chair. Late 1800’s (?). Is made of wood and some cast iron parts. Has nice carved details. Is in good condition for its age.

Measures: 43”-tall, 22”-l, and 28”-deep

-Wood framed mirror measures: 50.5”l x 14.4”-w (bring tools to remove mirror from the wall)

-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12pm
