EXCELLENT CONDITION. Collectors Porcelain, painted and glazed. On the edge of the base
signed with the company's mark in blue and an
imprinted number: L33- 11 6. Made in the Dresden
manufactory, ca. 1950 . Height: 30 cm, length: 22 cm,
width: 9 cm
Prince Joseph Poniatowski (1763-1813), in uniform on
a white horse while galloping; on a wide base decorated
with Napoleonic eagles. The Scheibe-Alsbach
porcelain factory in Thuringia, was founded in 1835.
Their figurine collections were extremely popular due to
the quality of their workmanship. The company
produced a wide assortment, but its specialty was
militaria, from depictions of battle scenes to historical
figures, especially scenes from Napoleon's life, which
became extremely famous. Selected raw materials,
