Wood is a rich brown color, and the seats are a tan suede. There are some scratches, as seen in photos. 

Table Measures: 47 x 35.5 x 30”- tall

Chairs Measure: 18w, 17d, and 36”-tall. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax and Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-11:30am ONLY (Must be on time)
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required.
