This lot has the contents of the hutch from the previous lot. It includes gorgeous bone china tea cups and saucers, a sushi set, wine glasses, and other glassware. See the last picture for all that is included!

• Please bring your own help moving heavy items, packing items, & tools. We always do our best to help; but we don’t have the man power to help with moving or packing items. Please plan accordingly.

• ALL items are sold "As is": We will do our best to describe the condition of most items and list any damage, repairs or restorations. However, please keep in mind most items we sell are antique, vintage or used. Please expect signs of wear consistent with age.
• ALWAYS check your items before you leave the pick-up. You are responsible for making sure you have everything from your lot. If something wasn’t documented correctly or doesn’t match the pictures, bring it to our attention at the pick-up.
