-Payment is due by Thursday 4pm to hold your items and stay in good standing. 40% Restocking fee on items not paid for or picked up, and account will be frozen. 
-ALL Sales Final. All items SOLD "as is." Most items are vintage or in used condition, please expect normal wear and tear. We do our best to "test" items when we can. 
-Sales tax and buyers premium is applied to all invoices. (3% Discount if paying through venmo or cashapp)
-Please bring your own help moving, boxes or packing supplies, and tools to take apart items, etc.
-Please do not bid if you can not make the pick up- We usually only have one day (3-4 hour time frame) only for pick up. To stay in good standing you must pick your items up during the pick up time.

*Buyers premium of 13% (3% discount with Venmo and CashApp) sales tax is applied.
