This custom made 89w x 42d x 38t Sofa is sturdy, large and heavy. Very well made and comfortable. The curve of the back of the sofa is amazing and hard to find.  Bottom cushions are reversible with zippers for cleaning.  Back cushions are permanent.  Pillows included.

Furniture does have some fraying and scratch marks, see all pics.  With some tlc, this furniture can be restored to its original beauty. Even trimming of the threads would make a difference.

 -Prepayment is required by THURSDAY 4pm to hold your items. Pick up is Friday 4:30pm-7:30pm -No other pick-up options. To stay in good standing, you must pre-pay AND pick up to avoid "restocking fee".
-Please bring your own help for moving heavy items, boxes, packing supplies, & tools. We are there to supervise ONLY. YOU are responsible for getting all your items.
-ALL sales are final; all items are sold "As is". Keep in mind most items we sell are antique, vintage or used, expect signs of wear consistent with age.
