PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:

Auction Starts Closing, Wednesday 7pm. Each lot closes 30 seconds after the previous lot.
Hard Close- No extended bidding- When the time runs out auction ends

-Reminder: Sales tax and Buyers premium is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by THURSDAY 6PM to hold your items. Restocking fee is 50% if you do not pay for your items.
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12pm ONLY. 
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
