PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax of 8.75% Plus Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by noon Friday to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12:45pm ONLY (Friday 4-6pm appointment only for small items (excluding jewelry) ONLY- no exceptions)

Pick Up Window is Saturday 9-12:45pm ONLY! Small items: 9-10:30am. Larger items/ furniture: 10:45am-12:45pm
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment is required. If you do not pay on time for your auction items, there is a 50% restocking fee- and you will not be able to bid in the future.
