Both have 2 levels with 2 drawers. They are in very nice condition, and made of solid wood. They measure: 

22”-w, 19.5”-d, and 27”-tall

*Matching furniture are in lots 3,4,5,&6.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax and Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12pm ONLY
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required.
