This table and benches are in great condition. Also comes with an umbrella for shade. Very heavy- Bring help. There is also a trash can full of cushions for the table as well.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax and Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12pm ONLY
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required.
