Dining Room Table Comes with a Leaf. It measures approximately: 

With Leaf: 84”-long, 42”-wide, 30”-tall

Without Leaf: 66”-long

Comes with 2 Captain Chairs and 4 Side Chairs. They measure approximately: 

22”-wide, 18”-deep, 37”-tall

Chairs have a plastic covering on them. 
All chairs and table do have minor wear and tear. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:

-Sales tax and Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 8am-1pm ONLY
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required.
