Ashley Furniture Tan Sofa & Love Seat. Both are located in the garage. Please bring help to move. Please see all photos for descriptions and sizes. Sizes are written on the photo of the index card. Are in nice condition. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax of 8.75% Plus Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by noon Friday to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-12pm ONLY
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required. If you do not pay on time for your auction items, there is a 50% restocking fee- and you will not be able to bid in the future.
