-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Friday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday only from 8:30am-12pm- Please do not bid if you can't make the pick-up.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
