There are 6 matching chairs. They measure: 20”-w, 17”-d, and 44”-tall.

Table measures: 44”-w, 67”-long, and 30”-tall. 
Table is expandable. All are in nice condition. The set is not marked, but matches the other dining room furniture which is marked “Hibriten”. 
* Matches the China Cabinet in lot #14, and the buffet in lot #16. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:

-Sales tax of 8.75% Plus Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by noon Friday to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 8:30am-12pm
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required. If you do not pay on time for your auction items, there is a 50% restocking fee- and you will not be able to bid in the future.
