All decor items are like NEW, in very nice condition. Blue throws are soft and also in very nice preowned condition. There are (2) White porcelain bird decor pieces, and (1) straw like bird decor. Metal side table/accent table is also in nice condition. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:
-Sales tax and Buyers premium of 13% (10% with Zelle or Venmo) is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday by noon to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-11am ONLY
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required.
