 9PC Cast Aluminum and Tile Inlay Outdoor Patio Set

All tile is removable and can be changed with other color or style, must be with 12x12 tiles. Currently (1) tile has a chip and (1) is cracked.

Chairs are (2) captain swivel/rocking chairs, one has rip (Can sew with fishing line) AND (6) stable side chairs

***Because pick-up falls on a holiday, we may be able to make appointments for a pickup on Tuesday morning only,  July 9th if needed by appointment only***

-Sales tax and Buyers premium is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by THURSDAY 6PM to hold your items. Restocking fee is 50% if you do not pay for your items.
-Pick up is Saturday 8:30am-12:00pm Only. (Tuesday am by appointment only)
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
