-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by noon Friday to hold your items. 
-Pick up is Saturday 9am-11:30am
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property. 
**To stay in good standing and to bid in the future: Pick up and FULL payment by noon the day after auction closes is required. If you do not pay on time for your auction items, there is a 50% restocking fee- and you will not be able to bid in the future.
