Upon registration- you are agreeing to our terms listed and are under a binding contract. Please do not register or bid if you do not agree to follow the terms listed:

-Payment is usually due Thursday by 6pm (unless stated differently) to hold your items, stay in good standing and avoid 40% restocking fee.
-ALL Sales Final. All items SOLD "as is." ALWAYS inspect your items before leaving the property. Most items are vintage or in used condition, please expect normal wear and tear. Please text any questions to Tracie 909-835-0966
-Sales tax and buyers premium is applied to all invoices. (3% Discount if paying through Venmo or Zelle)
-Always bring your own help moving, boxes or packing supplies, and tools to take apart items, etc. We are there to supervise only.
-Please do not bid if you cannot make the allotted pick-up time- We usually only have one day (3–4-hour time frame) only for pick up. To stay in good standing, you must pick your items up during the pick-up time.

-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday 6PM to hold your items. Restocking fee is 40% if you do not follow through with payment.
-Pick up is Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm ONLY. BRING HELP, PACKING SUPPLIES, AND TOOLS NEEDED.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
