Queen size bed frame and mattress. Mattress is very comfortable and in good condition except for one small coffee stain at the top left side of the bed. See pictures. This bed frame also matches the dresser and nightstand in lot 45.

-Prepayment is required by Thursday 6PM to hold your items. Restocking fee is 40% if you do not follow through with payment.
-Pick up is Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm ONLY. BRING HELP, PACKING SUPPLIES, AND TOOLS NEEDED.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
