This Island is meant to be a kitchen island but was used in the laundry room.
Has some wear and tear (See pictures) But very sturdy.

-Reminder: Sales tax and Buyers premium is added to invoices- Please bid accordingly
-MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, dolly, boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. 
-Prepayment is required by Thursday 6PM to hold your items. Restocking fee is 40% if you do not follow through with payment.
-Pick up is Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm ONLY. BRING HELP, PACKING SUPPLIES, AND TOOLS NEEDED.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
