**Please note: if your a lot is in a black and yellow tote, you will need to put the items in your own box and leave the tote. Owner wants all totes back.- thank you

MUST BRING OWN HELP with Moving heavy items, BRING boxes, packing supplies, tools, etc. We  Please be prepared
-Prepayment is required by Thursday 6pm to hold your items & stay in good standing
-Pick up is Saturday from 9am-11:30am - Pick up is required to stay in good standing
-Sales Tax and Buyer's premium is applied
**All Sales are final- most auction items are used, or vintage so expect wear and tear. When purchasing with us please inspect your items before leaving the property. If there are any issues or concerns, please let us know immediately.
