-Payment is due the day before pick-up by 4pm to hold your items and stay in good standing. 
-ALL Sales Final. All items SOLD "as is." Most items are vintage or in used condition, please expect normal wear and tear. (we are reasonable if something was missed or misrepresented) Please text any questions to Tracie 909-835-0966
-Sales tax and buyers premium is applied to all invoices. (3% Discount if paying through venmo or cashapp)
-Please bring your own help moving, boxes or packing supplies, and tools to take apart items, etc.
-Please do not bid if you can not make the pick up- We usually only have one day (3-4 hour time frame) only for pick up. To stay in good standing you must pick your items up during the pick up time.

*Buyers premium of 13% (3% discount with Venmo and CashApp) sales tax is applied.

Lots #101-126 are located in an upstairs workshop
