Lots #77-93 are located upstairs in the house
Lots #101-126 are located in an upstairs workshop 
-Prepayment is required by Friday 4pm to hold your items.
-Pick up is Saturday, July 9th 9am-12pm only
-Please bring your own help for moving heavy items, boxes, packing supplies, & tools. We are there to supervise ONLY.
-Sales tax and 13% buyers premium is applied 
-Most items are vintage, antique or used (expect normal signs of wear and tear.) Contact me if there is a problem
