-Payment is due Thursday by 6pm to hold your items, stay in good standing and avoid 40% restocking fee.
-ALL Sales Final. All items SOLD "as is." Most items are vintage or in used condition, please expect normal wear and tear. Please text any questions to Tracie 909-835-0966
-Sales tax and buyers premium is applied to all invoices. (3% Discount if paying through venmo or cashapp)
-Please bring your own help moving, boxes or packing supplies, and tools to take apart items, etc.
-Please do not bid if you cannot make the pick-up- We usually only have one day (3–4-hour time frame) only for pick up. To stay in good standing, you must pick your items up during the pick-up time.
*Buyer's premium of 13% (3% discount with Venmo and Zelle) sales tax is applied.

-Pick up is FRIDAY ONLY 2:30-6:30pm. BRING HELP, PACKING SUPPLIES, AND TOOLS NEEDED.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please inspect your items before leaving the property.
